In 2020 Phoenixville High School had to cancel their prom and post prom celebration due to the Covid 19 virus. Volunteers had been working all year to prepare for a fantastic post prom event.
We hope to be able to have that event on April 30th 2021 if conditions allow us to do it safely.
If we are able, we will again begin working on the event in February 2021. Because we will not know until the last minute if the event will be posswe will need even more volunteers than normal. Until then we hope that you will support our fundraisers and make sure your clearances are in order so you will be able to help us make this a memorable event for our students.

We are a non-profit organization, under the umbrella of Phoenixville Community Education Foundation (PCEF), made up of parent volunteers who provide a safe after-prom event for students of
Phoenixville Area High School.

To provide a safe alternative to parties where drugs and alcohol may be present, parties that may be unsupervised, or situations that can lead to destructive decisions
