100% Volunteer Led!
However you can help, big or small it makes a difference
Planning & hosting the annual Post Prom Party takes a village. A village of committed parents & community members. We have fun! We laugh! We become friends and build bonds to strengthen the parent community within the school.
You do not have to be a parent of a junior or senior to help with this event. All parents from all grades across the district are encouraged to volunteer. In fact, anyone can help volunteer. If you care about providing a safe alternative for the post prom, come out and help us!

Information on District Clearances
If you want to volunteers at events or activities that involve students, you MUST have your district clearances. The process is not that difficult, but has a few steps.
The district has simplified the application process, making it even easier to join the volunteer force.
-
All prospective volunteers will complete an online application and upload the required clearances. Then your name will be included for the next month’s Board approval.
-
Once you are Board approved, you may volunteer at any school. Please note—this process is required for ALL volunteers, including Home & School activities, booster clubs, etc.
-
Once you are approved by the Board, your status automatically renews each year, so you will not need to reapply in future years. You will need to keep your clearances up-to-date to keep your volunteer status active. You will receive a notice when they are close to expiration and you will be asked to upload an updated copy to your Frontline account.
There are opportunities to volunteer with the post prom event that do not require you to apply to be a have PASD Volunteer clearances.
